A documentary about gold-miners and their daily work in remote villages in the Andes of Colombia. The camera follows deep down into tunnels, where gold was extracted for more than 400 years. The gold they find is exchanged for money at the merchant. There the miners find out, how much value the work of their last days actually had. Very close, almost distorted.
